5/16″ OD 304/304L Stainless Steel Tubing, Welded, 20 Gauge (.035) – 20′ Coil

20′ length of 5/16″ OD Stainless Steel Welded Tubing with a 20 Gauge (0.035″) wall that is dual certified 304/304L and A249/A269. Will be sent as a coiled roll for shipping purposed. This product has been laser welded using a high-energy and high-density beam for a precise, narrow, and deep penetrating weld for excellent corrosion resistance. Our small diameter stainless tubing is well suited for both fuel and brake line applications. Features a mill finished inner diameter (ID) and bright annealed outside diameter (OD).

This tubing undergoes a rigorous quality inspection, including destructive and non-destructive examination, at the mill prior to shipment. This 9 point quality inspection examines:

• Strength – Tensile, Burst
• Hardness – Rockwell, Micro
• Soundness – Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, X-Ray
• Leak & Strength – Hydrostatic
• Leak – Air Under Water, Pressure Decay
• Bend Testing – Reverse Bending, Flattening, Reverse Flattening, Flange
• Dimensional – OD, Wall, Straightness
• Metallurgical – Grain Size, Sensitization, Corrosion, Phase Balance/Intermetallic, Metallographic
